5-December-2010	Secondo Il Segretario Generale del WTO si è registrato un calo del 29% dell'apertura di nuove indagini anti-dumping nel periodo 1 Gennaio - 30 Giugno 2010 in relazione allo stesso periodo del 2009. Il numero di misure applicate è diminuito con lo stesso trend sempre nel primo semestre, in confronto allo stesso periodo del 2009. 7-April-2009	Il Segretariato Generale del WTO ha registrato un aumento di casi di investigazioni anti-dumping nel periodo 1 luglio, 31 dicembre 2008. L'incremento delle investigazione è stato del 17% in relazione allo stesso periodo del 2007. Su base annuale si è registrato un numero di nuove iniziative anti-dumping di 238, rispetto alle 163 del 2007 e le 202 del 2006. WTO SECRETARIAT REPORTS INCREASE IN NEW ANTI-DUMPING INVESTIGATIONS The WTO Secretariat reported that during the period 1 July — 31 December 2008, the number of initiations of new anti-dumping investigations showed a 17 per cent increase compared with the corresponding period of 2007. On a yearly basis, there were 208 initiations of new anti-dumping investigations in 2008, as compared to 163 in 2007 and 202 in 2006. Il numero delle misure applicate ha seguito un analogo, anche se meno marcato trend. L'obiettivo è quello di identificare ad ogni livello ed intensità le reazioni al primo progetto di testo del Presidente, e nella misura del possibile, individuare i maggiori cambiamenti suggeriti dalle delegazioni. CHAIR ISSUES WORKING DOCUMENT ON RULES The Chair of the Negotiating Group on Rules on 28 May 2008 issued a working document regarding negotiations on rules. Il Direttore Generale Pascal Lamy ha trovato questo testo ambizioso quanto equilibrato nei tre principali campi ed è convinto permetterà ai negoziati di svolgersi in maniera più intensiva nelle settimane a venire.
